& your trade
A quote in a spreadsheet. A booking in your diary. Customer details somewhere in your messages.
Trade Quote is being built to bring that work together, so you can see what needs doing without piecing the day back together.
Meet your everyday toolkitCore beta focus. We’ll confirm the features available to your company before onboarding. See what’s still in development.
Give enquiries a place to live, with customer details and the next action close at hand.
Bring scope, materials and labour into a clear quote, with revisions kept in context.
Connect planned work to the job, so the diary makes sense beyond a date and a name.
Bring job details, team assignments and time records into the working day.
A place for customer updates and follow-ups, with channel availability confirmed during onboarding.
Collect receipts for review and connect approved costs with the work they belong to.
Explore the intended workflow. These illustrative screens show the direction, not the final app.

The Trade Quote approach
A connected workflow designed to keep the customer, quote and job in context. Try it against your own working day.
These are future directions, not features you’re being promised today. Priorities can change as we learn from the beta.
Help capture enquiries and callback requests when you’re on the tools. Voice, handover and provider availability are still being tested.
Turn eligible job photos and videos into draft marketing content, with review before publishing. Direct publishing depends on provider support.
Accounting, storage and other connections that reduce repeat entry. Supported providers and real sync behaviour will be confirmed individually.
Dedicated mobile experiences, offline work and notifications are roadmap goals. No app-store release or offline capability is promised yet.
We’re looking for 10 UK trade companies who’ll put Trade Quote to work and tell us what needs to be better.
Sole trader or growing team, your day-to-day experience matters more than a polished testimonial.
Our “lifelong” offer means the agreed core plan stays subscription-free for your selected company while you meet the founding terms and Trade Quote continues to operate it.
Proposed founding terms, confirmed before acceptance. Optional paid add-ons and third-party usage costs are excluded and require agreement. Read the full terms.
Trade Quote is trade estimating, quoting, CRM and job management software being developed for UK trade businesses. It brings the journey from an enquiry to a quote and a scheduled job into one workspace. Public launch is coming soon.
UK trade businesses that will use Trade Quote for real work and share honest, structured feedback. Sole traders and teams can apply. We will choose a mix of trades, team sizes and workflows; applying does not guarantee a place.
Selected companies pay no subscription for the agreed core founding plan while they remain active and give feedback, for as long as Trade Quote operates that service. It is not a promise for a person’s lifetime. Usage-based third-party services and separately agreed add-ons may cost extra, only with your agreement. Read the founding terms for the activity rules, notice period and exclusions.
Our proposed founding terms ask for meaningful work in at least two separate weeks of each rolling 60-day period, plus one short feedback check-in each quarter. Holidays, illness and seasonal pauses can be agreed. We give at least 30 days’ notice and a chance to respond before ending free access for inactivity.
These are development areas, not launch promises. The roadmap labels what is in development, planned or being explored. Availability, providers and any usage costs will be confirmed before you choose to use a feature.
No. Honest product feedback is part of the founding arrangement, but agreeing to discuss a case study is optional and separate. Nothing will be published without your approval, and declining publicity does not affect selection or free access.
There is no confirmed public launch date or standard subscription price yet. The founding programme is limited to 10 selected companies. Join the launch list if you would like availability and pricing updates. No payment details are required to apply.
